To secure a reservation requires a 50% deposit of the total room charge plus room tax.

Cancellation Policy:
A non-refundable cancellation fee of $25.00 is asscessed on all cancellations.
Cancellation within 14 days of arrival will result in forfeiture of your deposit, however if the room is re-rented, a refund of this deposit will be forwarded to you less the cancellation fee.
